Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is:

Damaged during transit

Or not as described or ordered
We will happily replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
To request a return:

Mistaken Orders (Customer Error)
As all items are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds for mistaken orders, such as:

Selecting the wrong size, colour, or quantity
We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before checkout.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (faulty, incorrect, or damaged item), we will cover all shipping costs.
If a return is accepted for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
