At Artistry Italian Fashion, we take great pride in producing high-quality, custom-printed shirts made to your unique designs. Because each item is made-to-order based on your personal artwork or instructions, our return and refund policy is tailored to the nature of custom products.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

• Faulty

• Damaged during transit

• Or not as described or ordered

We will happily replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

To request a return:

• You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Email us at info@artistryitalianfashion.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (damage, defect, or error)

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will guide you through the next steps.

Mistaken Orders (Customer Error)

As all items are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds for mistaken orders, such as:

• Uploading the wrong design or file

• Selecting the wrong size, colour, or quantity
  We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before checkout.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (faulty, incorrect, or damaged item), we will cover all shipping costs.
If a return is accepted for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
