Artwork Requirements

For the best embroidery result, please send a clear, high-quality version of your logo.

Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG and EPS

Simple, bold designs produce the clearest embroidery. Very small wording or extremely fine details may need to be simplified. We will contact you before production if an adjustment is required.

Production and Delivery

Our typical production time is approximately three working days after your mock-up has been approved. Delivery time is additional and depends on the postage service selected at checkout.

Wash at 30°C • Turn garments inside out • Use mild detergent • Do not bleach • Do not use fabric softener • Air dry where possible • Do not iron directly over the embroidery
